HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?
Your order will ship within 2 business days of order placement. We ship orders Via UPS Select (1-5 days) and will send you a tracking number as soon as the order is ready to leave our facility. Packages that are less than 1lb will ship via USPS. We work tirelessly to fulfill orders and get them to you as soon as we can.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY OR REPLACEMENT POLICY?
On a rare occasion if something arrives defective, we will act very swiftly and ship new products to make it right. If you need to return something contact us and we will send a return label.

Our business is in Grand Rapids, Michigan. However, we have business partners in Phoenix, Arizona and Boulder, Colorado.

A PRODUCT IS CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK - WHEN WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?
